Pricing and Services
We believe in keeping it simple to stay consistent with our key philosophies. We offer three main service areas and a straightforward pricing model for each. Leasing
Onecom will advertise your property including professional photos, details, inquiry management and showings. We will advise on market rent, repairs/upgrades to be made and manage the process through to resident screening and lease signing.
Property Management
As a property owner, you need to know what is happening with your property when it’s happening, as little or as often as you would like to know. Property Manager responsiveness, the Owner Portal and accurate information are paramount.
Initial Leasing Fee: 1/2 month’s rent,
then 10% of monthly rent
Repairs, Maintenance, Renovation
Regardless of management, Onecom can oversee repairs, maintenance and renovation projects alongside our qualified vendor team. Repairs and Maintenance are included in Property Management.
Fee: Percentage or Fee-for-Service based.

ROI Analysis
We welcome sharing an ROI analysis with you, including:
- Estimated monthly rent and expenses
- Time to rent
- Key profitability metrics such as CAP rate, IRR, and cash-on-cash return
