Since our beginnings in 2007, our focus has been acquisition and management of assets in Raleigh, Wake Forest, Cary, Wilmington, Charlotte and High Point, NC.
Our Portfolio and Focus
Our Strategy is to buy and hold Real Estate assets, with occasional divesture based on market opportunity. Any divestures are done with a tax-efficient strategy in mind.
Distressed Assets
When available, we assess and will acquire distressed assets, primary in the residential sector and in multifamily
Commercial Assets
Our Commercial focus is primarily on Class A and B office space, flex space, industrial space and syndicated investments in storage
Residential Assets
Our Residential focus is primarily on multifamily assets
Management
We are vertically integrated in-house from assessment through to acquisition, leasing and management
Project Management and Maintenance
The majority of Project Management or Maintenance is handled in house with Mike and Wes
Syndicated Investments
We do occasionally syndicate and invest through other vehicles and entities
